For this months pizza we are keeping it simple with a base of Ontario mozzarella cheese, oven roasted

tomatoes and onions, fresh basil.Finished with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.







April’ s Pasta of the month pan-fried zucchini and red peppers in a tomato sauce with penne pasta and a generous helping of parmesan cheese
