New month, new pizza! 🍕🍕 Pan fried local bacon cooked in a sweet fig jam, with smokey hot peppers 🌶 , oyster mushrooms 🍄 , provolone and mozzarella cheese 🧀 on a basil pesto base

Our Warm Four Cheese & Zucchini Salad consists of a warmed blend of goats cheese, pecorino, truffle gouda and Grana padano cheese 🧀 wrapped in a pan-fried, buttered zucchini… all atop a bed of arugula, artichoke, semi-dried cherry tomatoes, homemade garlic croutons and toasted sunflower seeds – dressed with a balsamic glaze & olive oil dressing
