Opened in January 2014 in the Longbranch neighbourhood in Etobicoke, our commitment is to use only the highest quality ingredients, sourced locally and from Canada whenever possible.
 
Our pizza is crafted from a slow-rising dough and baked in a stone-fired oven Cooked at 850°F, this locks in the dough’s moisture and flavour while creating a unique texture - a true Canadian Original. At this temperature, our pizzas cook in just 120 seconds, delivering fresh, hot perfection every time.

We serving a range of vegetarian, meat and fish pizzas, and most of our pizza are also available as a gluten-free option — so there’s something for everyone. In addition to our delicious pizza, we proudly serve only local beer and wine, with new selections featured monthly.

The Belaga family, whose artisan meat-making skills have been passed down from their father, a master craftsman with over 50 years of experience, produces all-natural, high-quality meats. Carefully handcrafted and made with no harmful additives, the meats are unique and superior to machine-processed options. The Belaga's meats are nitrate-free, trans fat-free, gluten-free, and naturally smoked. These delicious meats come from the South-Western region of Ontario.

Enjoy the freshest, handmade mozzarella cheese, made with milk from Prince Edward County cows and delivered to you within 24 hours of production. For our vegan customers, VEGCHEESE, a family-run vegan cheese company based in Toronto, offers a delicious selection of nut-free, gluten-free and preservative-free artisanal vegan cheeses crafted in small batches using organic soy milk and coconut oil. Perfect for melting on your favourite pizzas.

Our Dough

Indulge in the authentic taste of our homemade dough, crafted using a 120-year-old recipe from Giffoni Valle Piana, a small town in Southern Italy. We use only the finest quality 00 flour, which gives the dough a super smooth texture and lower gluten content. The result is a dough that has just the right amount of stretch, making our pizzas truly irresistible.

Our Sauce

Our pizza and pasta sauces are made with only the finest San Marzano tomatoes. The flesh is much thicker with fewer seeds, and the taste is stronger, sweeter and less acidic. Many people would describe it as bittersweet.
